Alright, I'm no lawyer or politician, but I do try to keep up with this stuff.  I don't know if this resolution has failed passed or what, but it seems the deadline is due. If the resolution has not already failed, then take a look at the AW article I've linked to and write the VA delegates the article is linked to, because for the life of me I can't figure which ones were on the HJR committee.  

In a nutshell, here's what i told them:  "Pass HJR 114 and do away with any Kings Grant rights in VA."
