What they had there was coffer dam/crane pad. Yeah, I think every scrap of it will be removed.

No need to hurry. In Georgia we're still removing iron put in the riverbed during the Civil War.

I'm talking about hte pre-construction rebar that's been there for decades, just downstream of the now "old" bridge.
