	In a soft market one does not raise prices. Lower overhead reduce cost to stick and to balance. Money is tight and could well get tighter and for a product (kayaks) that is not a necessity it is pretty bold to go with increasing price. In comparison look at the auto industry there is no shortage of used cars and there are no shortage of used kayaks. You do not see the big three raising prices. We are downsizing, cutting cost and holding tight for the near future to as far out as 18 months. Pete
