Yesterday some friends of mine and myself took a trip down the lower yough. To get straight to the problem, I was surfing this little wave below Rivers end, my buddy was sitting in the eddie below the wave. This older grey haired raft guide BITCH came rollin down through rivers end, and on past the wave we were surfing. No problem yet. Now I realize the downriver boat has the right of way, but this lady proceeded to float past the wave, then decided she wanted to take her people back UP RIVER to the wave and let them surf it. Let me remind you, I was ON the wave, and my buddy was sitting in the eddy waiting his turn. This old grey haired BITCH proceeded to paddle back up river, never skipping a beat. She didnt acknowledge us or anything. I sat in the hole as she paddled up, never skipping a beat she proceeded to paddle right into me, pushing my buddy out of the way and ramming me. I WAS STILL ON THE WAVE! She came from downriver. I managed to get out of her way then proceed to cuss her. Her statement was "You have all day, I am on a time schedule." I drove 31/2 hours to get to the yough and 31/2 hours back, I had to get back to my wife and one month old kid, so I did NOT have all day either. Well we had more words for a few minutes and that was that. Now I AM calling Laurel Highlands today, but this was completly rude. At least she could have done is said excuse me. Anyone else had this problem? Anyone know who this BITCH is? BOYCOTT LAUREL HIGHLANDS!!!!!!
