	I've had a recent issue along the same lines.  The raft guide seemed to want to surf swimmers without any care to the safety of the kayaker already in the hole. My past experience has been that rafts don't try to surf swimmers, and kayakers have either waited for rafts to pass or manuevered out of their way. Do the raft guides have a new directive?  On the Ottawa, the rafts come back for rides in the popular playholes.  Why not at swimmers? Maybe this is yet another example of economics in Ohiopyle coming before safety.  Give the rafters a good time.  $$$$$.
