I'm a raft guide and kayaker, I've never seen the type of actions you talk about. She should have waited, if she wanted to surf and she had to wait, oh well. If it threw off her time, too bad. It was her call to surf or not. At least that's what I can say from your story, I haven't heard her side.
I wouldn't knife the boat like has been suggested above. You would be destroying a piece of expensive equipment, that belongs to the company not the guide. Additionally you would be putting the customers at risk. Which could have serious reperocussions to all kayakers. You would have a big problem saying it was self defense, that the raft pushed you off your play spot.
Oh yeah the B**ch thing doesn't need to be in your post. It is loaded language that puts your case in doubt. If you can't state your side without that kind of language I have my doubts about your credibility.
