Laurel Highlands is a 1st class establishment that will work with you, not against youd...don't cuss and keep a level head when you call and you will get much more accomplished....one bad apple can spoil the bunch, so they definitely need to be aware of what happened, it is unacceptable...but like I said Laurel Highlands is 1st class with some of the best river guides period like Bo and the crew on the Upper Yough.
