I'm sorry you had such an awful experience. River guides have to deal with alot of hot-headed private boaters every day. As for you calling Laurel Highlands and complaining, you didn't. I know this because my family owns the company. I really don't appreciate the lude and ignorant manner in which you expressed your opinion. If you have a problem with one of my employees feel free to contact the company and we will do everything in our power to reconcile the problem. As I stated earlier, I apologize for any inconvience our trip my have caused you. I will talk to the guide you refered to.
