The guide whom you are referring to is Gail, and she has been a TL on the Lower Yough for a long time.  It is unfortunate that this occurred, but I would recommend taking it up with LH BEFORE airing this out on a public forum.  Calling for an out and out boycott of a company over one guide's behavior seems a bit unfair.  Call LH and talk to Terry Palmo to discuss the incident.
