Pogie is the same way.  The times she sees us load boats and then take her out to the bathroom (before we plan to leave her at home), she runs to the car like, "aren't we boating today?!?!?!"  She loves to go, and loves to be outside (after all, she is a cattle dog.  They weren't bred to stay inside).

It sucks to have our dog in the emergency room, not noing what is really going on (just as it would any other "family member" of yours) and have people being jerks about it.

Thanks to all who are sympathetic, and thinking of Pogie.  We just got a call and she is doing well.

For anyone who has info, it will be stricktly confidential.  We just can't see how a dog that is tied out can get bit just once unless someone pulls a dog off of her.

And remember how you would feel if you had a family member in the hospital.  You wouldn't want the negative coments.

Beth
