	or hear what he has to say in Strokes and Concepts about finishing on the back deck.  He's not talking about the rodeo roll, but talks about finishing on the back deck for regular rolls.  EJ calls it the biggest myth in kayaking that you need to finish in the forward position.  He also says the #1 reason that people miss rolls is that they finish in the forward position. Keep in mind I'm not saying this, but Eric Jackson is.  Check it out and decide for yourself.
