	Its a Carolina Canoe Club event.  Happens every year around 4th of July.  You have to be a member to go but you can join there and membership is just $15 for an entire household for a year.  Basically everybody meets each morning and loosely organized trips are formed.  Its a blast and yes people party just not too hard cause there is paddlin to be done in the morning.  Check out www.carolinacanoeclub.com for more beta.
