question How to arrange for use of a poll for practice ? New

A few friends of mine are trying to work with a local pool in the area to setup bi-weekly pool sessions.  The maijor pain seems to be that most of them want liability insurance which costs a lot.  They want us to join the gym but that is also expensive, just to use the pool.

Can anyone out there let me know how you have made arrangements with your local pool and any helpful hints (outside from sleeping with or buying lots of beer for the pool director).

Thanks
Apple
