my suggestion for you...Hike the OLD Pulliam Creek Trail into the Green...run Gorilla through Rapid Transit over and over...then hike back out....twice a day...on 2 days a week...and then run something sicker on the weekends....that might get you ready. ;-)

On a more serious note...hike it when it's runnin' for a scout...if you're not freaked by the long hike and nice big creekin' then giver a go...preferablly with at least one Horsepasture vet in the group.  Just go check it out man...that'll tell you everything you need to know.
