So one day out in Boone I was teachin my lady friend Jules to kayak. We were on a stretch of flatwater on the Watauga and she kept telling me there was something in her boat. I tried to reassure her that it was just water floppin around in there.(I had flushed her boat b4 we started).  We paddled for about an hour, pulled in to the shore. Jules popped her skirt and there between her legs was a huge wolf spider. She f**in freaked and jumped out of her boat, injuring herself, and immediately jumped on her cell phone to call mom. It was the worst experience of her life.

So, now that she lives in Colorado, damn boatin' - skiing capital of the world, she;'s interested in boatin, but...

SHE WANTS A CLEAR 'SEE-THROUGH' KAYAK.   ANY SUGGESTIONS?
