	written communication is always the best in a legal situation when all other forms do not work plus recording a phone call is tricky and i believe if the other party is not aware of the call being recorded i think it is illegal therefore all that was said becomes heresay and conjecture in the end make a phone call there is a post above from a customer service rep for WS who posted for the individual to contact him if the guy does not contact him then he is just blowing smoke here on BT
