whatever you are trying to get into with hp's hit it high and let gravity do the rest.

Use the weight of your upper body to throw your a$$ around and in turn the boat

spins - wherever your nose goes you go. Keep your eye on the hole same basics as using a stick only less power. Just remember to transfer from edge to edge when your tail goes around

ends - in a hole

(left)

1) set up on the pile in a front surf
2) get onto your left edge
3) grab some water with your left hand, pull your bow up while throwing the weight of your right shoulder back
4) when your bow is as high as you can get it throw the bow down into the green water and your right shoulder forward
5) this should bring the stern over your head
6) when this happens sling your left shoulder back and plunge the stern into the green

and repeat...

you may want to try double pump maneuver in flat water with hp's first.

basically sink your a$$ then sink your toes using the weight of your upper body, picture this..if you were looking down on your helmet from directly above your head would be doing a figure eight pattern

once again talking it out for days is probably worth 5min in a hole, wave, pool etc.
