As the title suggests, you will probably be able to stumble down the Green, and you probably won't get hurt along the way. But the Green is quite a bit different than all the stuff you say you have run. Really you should consider that just because you have the absolute minimum skill, does not mean your able to hit a run safely. Now I'm sure everyone here will call me out as a hippocrite on this because I was one of the 2 original green sketchballs back in the day, but in your position I would not even consider going out there. When I first ran the green I had a handful of Watauga runs, and probably 25 Lower Rocky Broad laps, and the Green still felt huge when I first ran it. I think that I was ready at the time, and I had a safe trip my fist time down. But I cant imagine what transitioning from the Cheoah would be like. The Green gets a ton of hype because it runs all the time, and is right down the road from Asheville. As a result it has become somewhat of a benchmark run, but just because you can fumble down the Green does not promote you to the rank of boating badass. There are plenty of better creeks in WNC that are easier than the Green. Personally I think that the Watauga and the Lower Rocky Broad are both better quality runs than the Green, and both would be good runs to step up on. Whatever you choose to do, know your limits, and if you choose to go make sure you have a solid group.
