	Hotspot Bryson City is not. One dive bar. No notable restaurants. No job market and property rates thru the roof. But we got a slew of whitewater when/if it ever rains again. Green/Ocoee both 1:15 away. Skiing - about 45 minutes from Cataloochee. Lots of good Mtn Biking/road riding/hiking.
