	that is not coming to them fairly by abusing the system, or simply by playing along with a system that is wrong. The term bottom dweller was purposefully strong, and perhaps not always warranted because all of us make bad decisions sometimes and that does not make us bad people. Doesn't change anything though, those that do what is not right, what is unfair (not necessarily the compassionate thing, the fair thing), and what is unethical in order to gain personally is a bottom dweller.  Rather that person be a filthy rich politician that is profiting from big business at the expense of his honor and by betraying his voters and supporters..............or the woman on welfare pumping out kids only to be supported by the government..............or the illegal immigrant, that although for honorable reasons, brings his/her family to America to go to school/hospitals/etc for free while they work and send their money to another country. They are all equally culpable.
