like why this guy has a problem with your friend. Few people are going to develop a problem with someone to the extent that they pour motor oil in their shoe without there being some incident or incidents leading up to this, and often there is guilt on both sides.
So, why doesn't this guy like your friend? Does your friend play loud music late at night or any of the other obnoxious inconsiderate things that a lot of folks do in apartment complexes or is your friend completely innocent in the matter and just being attacked by this guy for no good reason? |
