If it an older bike you can get a tool that takes out the small valve that keeps the air in but allows you to pumb the tire up.  Just loosen it.  He'll go through a LOT of hassle to figure that out.

If its a newer bike you can loose the front wheel so if he pulls up with just a little force....bike wreck.

You can fix the gears where he's only in the big gear....more hassle.

Loosen the break wires......bike wreck.

Couple of needles hidden in the seat with a post it under the seat that says "you know have aids."  

Cod liver oil on the seat.  Wherever he goes he'll STINK.

Loosen the front handle bars from the frame so if he pulls up...thats right...bike wreck.
