B'fast- cup of oatmeal, 6oz of OJ, coffee with creamer
Mid morn- cup of non-fat yogurt
Lunch- grilled chicken on wheat with mayo, diet 7up, cup of grapes
Mid afternoon-apple
Dinner (before 6pm)-8 grape tomatoes, 2 celery sticks, 6 baby carrots all dipped in less than 1/4 cup of Bluecheese dressing
I walked all over the NOC today (probably about a mile) and walked 4 miles this evening with the dog.
I wanna loose 15 lbs. I'm gonna fuck it all up this weekend cuz I'm having company for 3 days. |
