I can drop 2-3 lbs in a day, depending on activity level and diet. But I can put on up to 3-4 lbs in any other day, with no noticeable change in diet or exercise.
Recently, my weight's been on a decline (stress, too many chores, it's hot so I'm losing a lot of fluids), but after drinking a TON of water and juice a day or two ago, my weight spiked up 4 lbs overnite.
It tends to normalize, but some folks' bodies do odd things. For me, I tend to have a natural 10+/- lb window that my weight fluctuates thru in a given coupla months. I figure as long as I never stay on the high end of that for too extended a period of time, it all sort of equalizes out in the end, no? :) |
