	I had a good chuckle when I heard that the incident if pressed could be charged as a felony. Ive egged many a car back in the day, prolly racked up at least several dozen "felony" charges by todays standards in the process. DonVito is/was a defense attorney, Id bet hed give u an honest opinion of ramifications/outcome if it goes to court, which I highly doubt. Courts dont want to deal with penny ante bullshit like this. miss ya bro.
