	You may already know this, but it wasn't clear take a spoon, and bend it backwards... so it looks like an "L" the part curved back towards the handle should be the rounded side of the spoon. keep it on the surface of the bass, and pour the guiness so it hits the rounded spoon area. That'll keep em from mixing as you pour as it'll slow down the guiness.
