	The project was going to take 60 days and 180 days later it is almost fifnished. The contractor has been good but other issues have come into play. Watchout for hidden costs. And always make notes on change orders. We'll see what he comes up with on the final bill. Good luck. This has put my relationship on the rocks so be careful with expectations. The end looks near and it looks awesome. Matt
