No joke.
If you are sitting at a red lite in NY, the instant the lite turns green, I mean the exact moment, the person behind you starts blowing the horn...you would have to have the reaction time of a drag racer to get on the gas fast enough to 'possibly' keep them off the horn.
And the irony is that when the lite turns green, the traffic is so bad you're not gonna go more than a few feet anyway.
