A standard bathtub just has holes for the drain and overflow. The faucet comes out of the wall ABOVE the tub. So you could install the tub itself 180 degrees around, and achieve the result, using a perfectly normal bathtub.

A full tub/shower *insert* would be a different matter, of course.
