	I only share one wall that is not a bedroom. I can see a little bit of San Pablo Bay if I lean out on my balcony. I really enjoy not having to do house or yard work. My only requirement for the condo though was that I had a garage to store all my toys. Some folks like taking care of their place. Not for me though. Cheers, Phil
