You guys keep giving me great advice! At the moment I'm taking a break from my garage reorg and noticing the smelly cat box.

No matter how many times a day I clean it or what kind of litter or odor coverup products I use, whenever it gets humid the box smells. I'm very particular about NOT having the box smell, so I want to install an exhaust fan that will allow the smell to be directed outside.

I need your suggestion on what type of fan to buy - the ones at Lowe's are way too big. I need something bigger than a CPU fan (I think) and smaller and quieter than a bathroom fan, and I don't want to spend much money.

Can I find a suitable fan in something at a thrift store? I could take it apart and make a case for it.

Thanks in advance! And no, I'm not getting rid of the cats. They are really good boys who only go in the box and are otherwise great tenants here. Well, squatters I guess.

feedback I think you ought to reconsider the bathroom exhaust fans gargoyle New

note There are very quiet 120mm computer case fans, but I think they need either 5volt or 12volt. Wilko New
th_up I bought one recently for my PA roadbox that is 120 volt. It's whisper quiet and operates directly from house current.. <NT> Gordo New
