	if a rape occurs in a family....for instance a uncle or father rapes their niece or teenage daughter...and a child results, is the child then taken from the Mother if she wants it , loves it, and can take care of it and the mother and child made a victim again or do they typically let the mother keep the kid and arrest and incarcerate the perpetrator? These moms and kids for the most part really haven't done anything wrong,. but they are being punsihed. They didn't have a choice. The men did. (have a choice that is)
