	because it exists in the public at large. The point that you are missing is that FLDS has a system set up in which rape is not only permitted, but dictated. These young girls have no free will. Same way the catholic church set up a system (very elaborate one) that allowed pedophelia to exist for decades. Difference is that these are big institutions, not individuals making poor choices.
