cylinders to 4....power bills whether electric or gas almost doubled....everyone thought it was terrible and stated THEN that things have got to change with how we obtain and use or energy resources. 'Scuse me, but it's over 30 years later....so what the hell happened? Did we just get used to the changes and become complacent? Did the economy make up for it?
