One of my paddling buddies and I have had some pretty deep conversations over the years concerning alternate universes, free will, deities, personalities and so on. An open mind can keep life interesting. Here's an example of something to do with dreams that happened to me yesterday. Over the years one of my hobbies is inventing games. The past year or so i have been fine-tuning a few with the intention of selling them. A little over two months ago I sent a few off to a game manufacturer for evaluation by their marketing team. I knew it would take a while, and other things have been occupying my mind. I had almost forgotten about them. Well, night before last I had a dream about them, and it wasn't a good one. I finally woke up around 5 in the morning, and lay in bed thinking about the dream. I decided it was too negative so I made myself think good thoughts. Around 10 o'clock or so I get a rejection e-mail from the company :-( Coincidence? Or some form of mental "communication" of sorts? I don't know. |
