	your suggestion allowed me to number the list (total 55 lots)...but when describing the lot size when I typed in 1.41 it also changed the 41 to 1.42. yes I could write in (=1.42-.01) and get there...but this just seems really strange that it is doing it in the first place. Where ever there is a 41 whether its stand alone or part of a larger number like say 241..it changes it to 242. I can't keep typing in diffwerent formulas into cells to subtract to get the number I want..there has to be something else going on here.
