	i'm sure DC's congressmen and senators will get right to work on it.............oh wait, they don't have any representation. DC schools? some of the most underfunded in the country. DC cops? some of the most underpaid in the country. ask yourself what New Orleans and DC have in common and you'll figure out why most white conservatives could give a rip about anything good happening there. gang problems should be better addressed, but law enforcement is too busy looking for terrorists.
