OK, I've been on a bike once in a bazillion years but want to get one to improve my aerobic health. I would like to be able to ride roads and offroad with one bike (but not on difficult MTB trails). I don't plan on any cross-country road adventures. I see myself riding about 10 miles and mainly for the aerobic exercise/getting outside aspect. Like, I'd leave my house in the city and head to a park with some easy offroad trails, then back.
What kind of bike should I get? |
