	I meant that for what you were looking for, a $1,000 bike would be overkill. Chrisj is right on the mark, in that when/if you do decide to get into it, go for the gusto - you'll not have any regrets when the time comes. (whether it's road or mt. bike) We were just being picky in our tastes. Sorry to cause confusion.
