	Most tanks are owned by the oil companys and the convenience store pays for only what they pump out. I've seen some since this rapid gas price rise that have been put into a financial struggle just to pay to have them filled. There bill can run upwards towards 50-60,000 dollars. I for one would not own my tanks at a convenience store. If those suckers leak....well,look out.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
