	thanks to four of the most wonderful people (including my dear hubby) who took a Sunday and took me out for my last?? trip this year.   Art let us through the channels, boulders, and bony rapids of a really low Sec. 9 for one of the most interesting and fun trips I've had to date.  I have not even attempted to roll for well over six months because of a ruptured disk, but got 3 at the takeout (just to see if I still could)..Yeah!!  The trip (and the guys) have definitely helped to give me the motivation to get back on the river - soon!  In the meantime, I hope to see everyone out there anyway - I may have to be in a lounge chair on the bank - but I'll be there! (or shuttle bunny when I can drive). I'll post (or Curt can for the next few days) on my progress...looks like a walker for the next week or so...then some physical therapy... Hey Rick - bummer about your neck - I know :-(  Its VERY painful...  Mine is much lower - L4-L4 plus some severly pinched nerves from bone spurs.   My father has had the operation on his neck and it went very well - out doing things after just a few weeks - just make sure you get a good surgeon... Signing off now...4:00 a.m. is gonna come awful early... See you on the river & be safe!!
