	not to hot, not to sweet. Mo hot than sweet No Honey or KETCHUP Nothing like Belvas BBQ(me moms) BTW: If you want to have good Brunswick Stew, you need to stir it with a hickory stick/log for 24 hours. Those were the good times with my uncles, lots o beer drinkin in that time.
