	...'cuz the Ottawa is running in the low teens, has been since mid-July, and that's NEVER been seen up here even by Ottawa old-timers.  Everything's running abnormally high - all the feeder streams on the Quebec side are pumping huge, the Madawaska's still at spring-ish levels, etc. The rain just hasn't stopped!
