If I'm armed I'm not about to allow some asshole who would stick a loaded gun in my face, knowing full well he may have to use it decide whether I will live or die, at that point you're at his mercy or lack thereof. If he blinks or gets distracted or takes his eyes off me to look around I guarentee he's gonna get shot quick and often!
