	All Presidential candidates put a lot of effort into making sure there is nothing like this out there.  Even after the vettors have done a good job of checking out possible nominees a person of high authority and great respect, speaking for the Prez candidate will say to the potential VEEP the following:  "Are you sure there is nothing that we have missed?  If there is something please tell me now because in our modern world it cannot be kept secret.  If there is something it will become public.  Please do not embarrass yourself, our party and our nominee." There is no way that McCain's people could miss this.  There is also no way that Palin could be stupid enough to proceed if it were true.   Don't get me wrong. if Palin had done this I might admire it as a selfless act but by now she would have told way too many serious lies for it to be anything less than a deathknell.   It would make McCain look way stupid in exactly the area that he is supposed to be strong in.   This is the intellectual equivelant to "Obama is a Muslim."  All it proves is the Republicans do not have a lock on the Moonbat vote. Chris Kelly PS  I LOVE the term "moonbat". Had never heard it before. And speaking of Moonbats last week while going door-to-door I discovered that my district contains some folks from the planet Muldore.  There were several of them living in this house.  They even had Muldorian bumper stickers on their truck.    However, I am not at all sure that I have captured the Muldorian vote because I asked them to beam down some more by election day.  It turns out that "beeming down" is a Treckie deal and Muldorians are your StarWars types.  They took offense at my cultural insensitivty and copped a 'tude.
