It's just one of five interviews I need to conduct with SESers as part of my year long executive potential program. It can be on anything and this guy is interviewed all the time because he's well liked, and powerful. I know him and work with him already so he knows me and has already indicated that he wants me where I want to be......I want this to be a fun interview....
