	I would even have to say that the semi decent economy post Soviet invasion is a bit of a stretch. The area has always been ran by tribal strongmen and the drug trade has flourished there as long as I'm aware. The recent critizism of the Bush Policy went fairly deep into the renewed vigor in the drug trade.
