Any human being can breed with any other one and produce a fertile offspring. And using 'race' interchangeably with 'culture' is also a gross mistake, for any type of person can be brought up in any culture, i.e. a dumbass white American could be raised by Massaih tribesmen - would he then be a 'black' person?
