I'm kinda weird about tires and brakes. I want 'em both to be good.

Here in KY, we almost always get at least a little snow but mostly a wide mix of rain/snow/ice, freezing at night and thawing during the day. Thin tires scare the crap outta me.

I bought a 4x4 Toyota last year that had Dunlop 31x10.50's with really thin tread. I wanted to drive on those tires and watch for a good tire sale but I kept finding myself sliding around. I just couldn't stand it and bought a set of tires pretty quickly. I've never regretted it.

I like the BF Goodrich All Terrain TA's.
