If I'm livin' up on the Plateau right off hwy 27, and I open my home from Friday night to Sunday morning for paddlers to have a pit stop, bunk and food a place to stay (during cold weather trips), ....

of course I'd fix a country breakfast. Homemade biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon or sausage, and grits.    Do you think anybody would visit?
